Classical and electric. Runs the Saturday ensemble and has an unreasonable collection of capos.

Orchestral violinist with the city chamber orchestra. Specialises in nervous beginners and exam panics.

Mezzo and vocal coach. Teaches breathing first and 'big notes' second, in that order.
How we hire
An audition, a trial lesson observed by Clara, and a term on probation. We turn down good players who cannot explain a thing twice without sighing - parents notice, and so do children.
Every teacher writes their own practice plans. There is no central script, because a nine-year-old learning guitar and a forty-year-old returning to piano do not need the same paper.
